How do you convert a recipe to gluten free?

18.10.2022 | by Juvela

The key to converting many recipes to gluten free

is all about having a great gluten free multipurpose flour.

Really Chocolatey Muffins

When we are new to eating gluten free it can seem like we need to give up some of our favourite foods, but this isn't the case. it's more than often a case of adjusting recipes. Our really chocolately Muffins are made with our all purpose White Mix . Simply replace your usual flour with 200g of our White Mix and in 30 minutes you'll have 12 super chocolately muffins.

Not a chocolate fan? Try our Banana & Peanut Butter Muffins or Blueberry Muffins

White Sauce

It's handy to have a gluten free White Sauce recipe on hand for a base for everything from cheese sauce to parsley sauce. Just three ingredients and you're on to a winner.

Feta & Butternut Squash Tart

Once you've mastered the base for our Tart you'll be free to top it with all your favourite things. We've used Butternut Squash and Feta. The secret... you guessed it our versatile all purpose flour.

Banana Tea Bread

The secrets well out of the bag! The best Banana Tea Bread is made with our White Mix. You can use our Fibre Mix if you would prefer, both work just as well.

From cakes to sauces and beyond
