I'm gluten free - can I eat bread?

Yes, you absolutely can!

A coeliac disease diagnosis can raise many questions and one of the first things that springs to mind for a lot of people is bread. If you have a coeliac diagnosis and live in a prescribing area you can order one of our Starter Packs. Our Loaves and Rolls...

Fresh Loaves & Rolls

Our Fresh White Loaf has a delicious melt in the mouth taste and texture. You don't have to toast it, you can eat it straight from the packet (unless you want to, as it does make a delicious toasted sandwich).

We also like to use it to make gluten free breadcrumbs for our Scotch Eggs, Roasted Butternut Squash with Herb Crumb and Halloumi Bites.

Our Fresh Fibre Loaf has a dark golden crumb and a rich dark crust. It's a great source of fibre with the additional goodness of crushed linseeds. 

Looking for a gluten free roll... or a batch or a barm...or cob? Let us know what you call them! Either way, they are perfect for packed lunches, dunking into soup or sliced in half to be made in to our quick Mini Pizzas.

Part-Baked Rolls

We love all our breads and rolls equally. 

But...the Part-Baked Rolls are our favourite. Hot out of the oven, smothered in butter and dipped into soup. 

And when we thought they couldn't be any more delicious, Anna cut them in to wedges and baked them in the oven with rosemary, garlic and olive oil to create our PBR Dippers.

Long Life Loaves & Rolls

Our Long Life Loaves and Rolls are available in both white and fibre. 

Top Tip: To make sure your Long Life Loaves and Rolls have that freshly baked taste and texture, just pop in the microwave on full power for 10 seconds or pop in the oven for 5 minutes.

The special packaging that we use allows our Long Life Loaves and Rolls to have an extended shelf life. Once opened, they should remain fresh for 2-3 days when kept in an airtight container. 

For a fancy brunch,you can use our rolls as the base for Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict.

Marvellous Mixes

If you prefer to make your own, our All Purpose Flour Mixes make lovely loaves and rolls.

Our current favourite is our Sourdough.
