Part Baked Roll dippers

Ingredients

1 Juvela Part Baked White or Fibre Roll
2tbsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fresh rosemary sprigs

Method

  1. Slice the part baked roll in half and then slice each half into 3 or 4 slices (lengthways).
  2. Place on a baking tray with sprigs of fresh rosemary, drizzle with oil and sprinkle generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Place in a preheated oven (200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6) for 10-15minutes until golden brown and crisp. Serve with dips or with a cheeseboard.
