Porridge Bread

Don't feel like porridge but want something substantial? Make Porridge Bread. This traditional Irish bread is made with oats and yoghurt and is as delightful to make as it is to eat. 


Our gluten free Flapjacks are low effort high reward. Three steps, 4 ingredients and within 30 minutes you'll have a tray full of yummy golden chewy squares that go perfectly with a cup of tea. We've experimented with adding nuts, raisins and chocolate chips as well as whatever we have left in the fruit bowl at the end of the week.
