Gluten free Christmas Puds, Festive Pizza and more...
Let's see what the Blunt family are getting upto during the run up to their first gluten free Christmas.
As this is Imogen's first gluten free Christmas, we want to make it the best!
This year we have decided to mainly go gluten free at home and look at making Christmas goodies. Yes, there are lots of Christmassy treats available in the shops but they can work out expensive.
Eating safer foods are cheaper if homemade and there are some fantastic gluten free recipes available. We've already made a couple which were so easy and simple to make. We used one of Anna's amazing Christmas recipes, Christmas Tree Cakes, using Juvela White Mix which Imogen gets on prescription. They were loved by the whole family and bonus is they can be frozen!
Gluten free Christmas Puds, that children will love
We also used Juvela Crispy Rice to make Christmas puddings, a perfect little treat, which we took with us when we went to see Santa
Making meals more fun - Daddy is making Festive Pizzas, with a little Santa design. Also perfect for after Christmas to use the left over Turkey
There are a few Christmas parties coming up so my mother in law is making us some gluten free Sausage Rolls and corned beef rolls to eat over the festive period.
Even Santa is getting homemade gluten free Mince Pies this year xx
