Pizza Dough

A quick and simple recipe for making your own delicious gluten free pizza dough. You can then top your gluten free pizza with all your favourite flavours!

Ingredients

250g (10oz) Juvela Gluten-Free White Mix
1 tsp dried yeast(supplied with Mix)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
125-150ml (5-6fl oz) warm water (40C)

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Mix, yeast and salt.
  2. Stir in the oil and sufficient water to form a soft but not sticky dough.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth on a surface lightly dusted with Mix.
  4. Roll the dough into a 9” round approx ¼” in thickness.
  5. Top with your favourite toppings and bake in a preheated oven (200°C/180°Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6) for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Easiest recipe I have found.. Delicious too, my go to pizza base recipe. Ditched the bread maker!
