Garlic Dough Balls

Freshly baked gluten free dough balls, bursting with flavour - best served piping hot and dunked into garlic butter! Deeee-licious!

Ingredients

175ml warm water
50g butter
300g Juvela Gluten Free White Mix
2tsp dried yeast
1tbsp caster sugar
1tsp salt

Method

  1. Melt the butter and then leave to cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Mix, yeast, sugar and salt.
  3. Add the butter and water and stir with a wooden spoon to form a dough.
  4. Knead for 5minutes by hand or in a food mixer with a dough hook.
  5. Transfer to a large oiled bowl, cover with oiled cling film and leave to prove in a warm place for 1hour until doubled in size.
  6. Using oiled hands, take small pieces from the dough, roll into balls and place well apart on a non-stick baking tray.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C/160°CFan/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 20-25minutes until golden brown.
