Cooking instructions: Prepare the pizza base with the topping of your choice, place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 12-15 mins until piping hot and golden. For smaller servings, the bases can be halved or quartered (cooking times may be reduced).
Storage: Once opened, the remaining pizza base will stay fresh for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container (do not store in fridge). The bases are also suitable for freezing either plain or topped (typically lasting up to one month. Defrost thoroughly before use.
