All of Juvela Gluten Free Mixes are high quality all-purpose flour substitutes that have been specifically developed to replicate traditional flour. They contain the word ‘Mix’ (as opposed to ‘flour’) in the product name as the protein element (i.e. gluten) has been removed through a washing process.
In simpler terms, our Juvela Gluten Free Mixes contain all the optimal ingredients you need to bake as comparably as possible with the best results in texture and taste. It’s all in The Mix… everything but gluten!
