When were you diagnosed with coeliac disease?

20 yrs ago.

How did you feel about the diagnosis?

Devastated.

How did you find adjusting to a gluten free diet?

I have to watch my diet closely because I am also a diabetic.

Do you think it's important to have a coeliac disease diagnosis?

Deffo go for it but if you get a date for a biopsy don't cut out gluten in your diet because it will show a false reading.

What advice would you give to someone newly diagnosed with coeliac disease?

Don't panic, when I was diagnosed gluten-free products where very scarce in the shops but now the world is your oyster.
