Nathan was diagnosed with coeliac disease as a child. He shares his favourite gluten free recipes and explains how his gluten free prescription helps him.

I loved toast, bread and biscuits

Yes, I miss doughnuts!
Did you notice a difference in mood and health after sticking to your gluten free diet?
Yes, I’ve grown loads and I’ve only been glutened twice in my life.
How does your gluten free prescription help you manage your gluten free diet?
It is a big help! I am on 18 units and I use it to get the Juvela White Mix, pasta and macaroni.
What does eating “well” mean to you?
Fresh products, good food.
What’s your favourite Juvela product and what do you make with it?
Macaroni – we make it with cheese sauce, or fusilli! We have it in a pasta bake with peppers and chorizo. Yum! I like to use the Juvela White Mix in the bread maker with cheese, garlic and Italian herbs. Best bread ever!
And finally, what’s your top tip for staying positive?
Make sure that my mum does loads of baking!
