Delicious juicy veggie patties sandwiched between a Juvela Gluten Free Fresh Roll - perfect for your Summer BBQ!

Ingredients
| 200g chickpeas | |
| 100g sweetcorn | |
| 75g mushrooms | |
| 10g fresh coriander | |
| 1/2 tsp cumin | |
| 1/2 tsp paprika | |
| 2-3 tbsp Juvela Gluten Free White Mix | |
| 2 Juvela Gluten Free White or Fibre Rolls |
Method
- Whizz the chickpeas, sweetcorn and mushrooms in a food processor to make a coarse paste.
- Transfer to a large bowl and add the herbs, spices and flour; stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Divide the mixture in half and shape into burger patties on a surface lightly dusted with Mix.
- Pop in the fridge for an hour or so to chill.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the burgers for a few minutes each side until golden brown.
- Slice the Juvela rolls in half and place burgers onto the rolls; garnish with salad and add relish or sauce of your choice.
