Veggie Burger

Delicious juicy veggie patties sandwiched between a Juvela Gluten Free Fresh Roll - perfect for your Summer BBQ!

  • 200g chickpeas
  • 100g sweetcorn
  • 75g mushrooms
  • 10g fresh coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2-3 tbsp Juvela Gluten Free White Mix
  • 2 Juvela Gluten Free White or Fibre Rolls
  • Method

    1. Whizz the chickpeas, sweetcorn and mushrooms in a food processor to make a coarse paste.
    2. Transfer to a large bowl and add the herbs, spices and flour; stir to combine all the ingredients.
    3. Divide the mixture in half and shape into burger patties on a surface lightly dusted with Mix.
    4. Pop in the fridge for an hour or so to chill.
    5. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the burgers for a few minutes each side until golden brown.
    6. Slice the Juvela rolls in half and place burgers onto the rolls; garnish with salad and add relish or sauce of your choice.
