Tandoori Chicken Pizza

This classic pizza fuses two of the world's favourite cuisines together: Italian and Indian. It's loaded with flavour!

Ingredients

  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • 5tbsp passata/tomato pizza sauce
  • 75g mozzarella, torn into chunks or grated
  • 75-100g raw chicken breast, cut into small chunks
  • 25g spinach leaves
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Handful of fresh coriander
  • 1tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • Method

    1. Preheat oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
    2. Spread the passata evenly over the pizza base and then scatter with mozzarella.
    3. Coat the chicken pieces in tandoori seasoning; wilt the spinach by pouring boiling water onto it and drain on kitchen roll.
    4. Arrange chicken and spinach on top of the cheese, along with red onion.
    5. Place on a non-stick baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until piping hot and golden.
    6. Slice and garnish with fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds to serve.
