Allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the Mix, baking powder, cocoa and sugar.
Whisk together the eggs and milk and add to the dry ingredients, along with the melted chocolate. Beat together until thoroughly combined.
Spoon mixture into muffin cases and bake in a preheated oven 180°C/160°C Fan/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for about 15-20minutes until well risen and firm to touch.
