Prawn Cocktail

A classic retro starter – perfect for Christmas Day!

Makes 1 portion


  • 1-2 slices Juvela Gluten Free Fibre Sliced Loaf
  • 50g cooked peeled prawns
  • 2tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2tbsp tomato ketchup*
  • Dash of tabasco
  • Paprika
  • Handful of iceberg lettuce or rocket
  • Wedge of lemon
  • Method

    1. Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup and tabasco.
    2. Add the prawns and stir to coat with the sauce.
    3. Place the lettuce leaves in a bowl, top with prawns and finish with a sprinkle of paprika.
