Our delicious gluten free part baked pizza bases are great for a quick meal - choose your favourite toppings or try some of these tasty ideas.....

Ingredients

1 Juvela Gluten Free Pizza Base
5tbsp passata/tomato pizza sauce
75g mozzarella, torn into chunks or grated

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6
  2. Spread the passata over the pizza base.
  3. Scatter the base with mozzarella and then top with your choice of toppings.
  4. Pop onto a non-stick baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 12-15minutes until golden.
  5. Tandoori Chicken: Coat 75g chicken breast pieces in tandoori seasoning; wilt 25g spinach by pouring boiling water onto it and drain on kitchen roll. Pop the chicken and spinach on top of the cheese, along with ¼ thinly sliced red onion. After baking, slice and garnish with fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds to serve.
  6. Fiorentina: Wilt a handful of spinach leaves by pouring boiling water onto it. Squeeze out excess water. Pop the spinach on top of the base and carefully crack an egg into the middle of the pizza. After baking, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Parma Ham & Olives: Top base with 50g black olives (halved) and 3 slices of Parma ham. After baking, slice and top with rocket leaves, a drizzle of chilli oil and freshly ground black pepper.
  8. Goat's Cheese & Sunblush Tomato: Top with 3-4 thick slices of goats cheese, 25g sunblush tomatoes and 25g olives. After baking, drizzle with a little chilli oil if you want to add some heat!
  9. Cajun Prawn: In a small bowl, sprinkle 75g raw king prawns with 1tsp Cajun seasoning to lightly coat. Pop prawns and ½ roughly chopped yellow pepper onto base. After baking, sliceand top with rocket leaves and freshly ground black pepper.
  10. Tuna & Capers: Pop a small tin of tuna, 25g capers and ¼ finely chopped red onion on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with fresh basil after baking.
