Pizza Bites

Our gluten free part baked rolls make a great base for these quick and easy mini pizza bites.

Ingredients

4 Juvela Part Baked White or Fibre Rolls
1 tin of tomatoes
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp chilli flakes
1tsp dried oregano
Salt & Pepper
75g grated mozzarella
6-8 slices pepperoni
Fresh basil

Method

  1. Cut each roll in half.
  2. Place a sieve over a bowl and pour the tinned tomatoes into it; use a spoon to press out any excess liquid, then add the tomatoes from the sieve into a bowl. (You can save the excess liquid and add it to a pasta sauce or soup).
  3. Add the spices and salt and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Add a spoonful of tomato mixture to each half of roll and spread well, then top with cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C/160°Fan/Gas Mark 4) for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve warm.
