Pear Honey & Walnut Dessert Pizza

Enjoy a little slice of heaven with this simple sweet pizza topping! Try adding crumbled blue cheese for that salty hit!

Makes 4 portions


  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pears, very thinly sliced
  • 50g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 3tbsp runny honey
  • 1tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6
    2. Pop pizza base onto a non-stick baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for 10minutes until lightly golden.
    3. Arrange pear slices over the base, sprinkle with walnuts and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
    4. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme leaves to serve.
