Pear, Blue Cheese & Honey Crostini

A delightful blend of sweet and savoury, these crostini are fab festive nibbles!

  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Part Baked Fibre Roll
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g Blue stilton
  • 1 small pear
  • 25g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1tbsp honey
  • Method

    1. Slice a part baked roll into slices approx. 1cm thick.
    2. Lightly brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
    3. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 10minutes until golden.
    4. Thinly slice the pear and place on each slice of roll.
    5. Roughly crumble the blue cheese over the top of the pear; top with walnuts and drizzle with honey.
