Parma Ham & Olive Pizza

With just a few simple toppings, you can have a tasty Italian pizza in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • 5tbsp passata/pizza topping
  • 75g mozzarella, torn into chunks or grated
  • 25-50g black olives, halved
  • 3 slices Parma ham, roughly torn into strips
  • Handful of rocket leaves
  • Chilli oil (optional)
  • Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6
    2. Spread the passata over the pizza base.
    3. Scatter the base with mozzarella and then top with olives and slices of Parma ham.
    4. Pop onto a non-stick baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 12-15minutes until golden.
    5. Slice and top with rocket leaves, a drizzle of chilli oil and freshly ground black pepper.
