50g breadcrumbs, made from a Juvela Gluten Free Loaf or Roll
Handful of salad leaves
1 tomato, thickly sliced
4tbsp katsu curry sauce*
Dip each strip of chicken in the Mix, then into the egg, and then coat evenly with the breadcrumbs.
Place on baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (200°C/180°Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6) for 15 minutes, turning frequently until golden OR heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, and pan fry on a medium heat for approx 5minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Cut a Juvela roll in half (if you are using the longlife rolls, pop in the microwave for a few seconds or lightly toast to refresh).
Add salad leaves, sliced tomatoes and 3 strips of chicken per roll.
Top with katsu sauce *(you can make your own or buy a jar of sauce, many of which are GF).
Pop the roll lid on and enjoy - hopefully in the sunshine!
