Garnishes: sliced cheese, sliced gherkin, sliced tomato, sliced red onion, lettuce, mustard, ketchup (or mix a little ketchup with very finely shopped onion), streaky bacon
Method
To make the burgers, combine all ingredients together well.
Divide the mixture into 4; roll each piece into balls and flatten into patties (to thickness of your liking).
Pan fry in a little oil or grill for 10-15minutes on a medium heat, turning once to ensure burgers are cooked through.
Serve with extra fillings of your choice between a lightly toasted Juvela gluten free white or fibre roll.
