Ingredients

  • Juices from meat
  • 2 tbsp Juvela Gluten-Free White Mix
  • 570ml (approx 1 pint) vegetable stock*
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Method

    1. Pour off the juices from the meat into a pan.
    2. Blend in the Mix to form a paste and heat gently.
    3. Gradually add the stock, stirring continuously until the gravy thickens.
    4. Season well.
