Goat's Cheese & Cranberry Crostini

Creamy goat's cheese and tangy cranberry sauce sat on bitesize slices of warm crusty part baked rolls - simply divine!

Ingredients

1 Juvela Gluten Free Part Baked White or Fibre Roll
5-6 slices of goat's cheese
25g cranberry sauce
Handful of rocket leaves
Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Slice the part baked roll into thin slices (approx 5-6 excluding ends).
  2. Place on a baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven (200˚C/180˚Fan/400˚F/Gas Mark 6) for 10-12minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Thinly slice discs of goat's cheese and top each crostini, then return to the oven for a few minutes to warm the goat's cheese.
  4. Top with a dollop of cranberry sauce, a few rocket leaves and a sprinkle of black pepper.
