Garlic Dough Balls

Freshly baked little balls of dough, bursting with flavour - best served piping hot and dunked into garlic butter! Deeee-licious!

  • 1 (500g) pack Juvela Gluten-Free White Mix
  • 1 sachet dried yeast
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 250-300ml warm milk (40ºC)approx
  • Method

    1. In a large bowl, combine the Mix and yeast.
    2. Stir in melted butter and sufficient milk to form a soft but not sticky dough.
    3. Knead dough until smooth on a surface lightly dusted with Mix.
    4. Divide dough and shape into small rounds.
    5. Place doughballs slightly apart on a baking tray and prove in a warm place for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6.
    6. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15minutes until golden brown.
