2 slices Juvela Gluten Free White or Fibre Loaf (Fresh or Longlife)
2 slices cured ham
50g blue cheese
1-2 fresh figs
2 slices smoked salmon
2 slices cheddar cheese (or 50g cream cheese)
A few lemon slices
Lightly toast the slices of bread and then cut into small stars using a cookie cutter.
Top half of the stars with cured ham and blue cheese, then finish with another toast star and wedge of fig. Top the remaining stars with cheese and smoked salmon, finish with another toast star and a slither of lemon.
