Crab & Avocado Crostini

A delicious and simple starter or canapé idea combining creamy avocado with zingy lime and chilli infused crab - perfect with a glass of fizz!

  • 1 Juvela Gluten-Free Part Baked Roll
  • 1 small avocado
  • 75g fresh or tinned crab meat
  • ½ red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1tbsp fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • Zest and juice of ½ a lime
  • Method

    1. Slice a part baked roll into slices approx. 1cm thick.
    2. Lightly brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
    3. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 10minutes until golden.
    4. Meanwhile, mash the avocado. Mix together crab meat, chilli, coriander, lime juice and zest. Season well with black pepper.
    5. Spread a layer of avocado onto each slice of roll. Top with crab mixture and serve.
