Classic Pepperoni Pizza

A simple yet classic topping for your perfect pizza!

  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • 5tbsp passata/pizza topping
  • 75g mozzarella, torn into chunks or grated
  • 50-75g Pepperoni slices
  • Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6
    2. Spread the passata over the pizza base.
    3. Scatter the base with mozzarella and then top with slices of Pepperoni.
    4. Pop onto a non-stick baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 12-15minutes until golden.
