Classic Margherita Pizza

Sometimes simple is best! Mozzarella, tomato and maybe a few basil leaves are all you need for a delicious pizza.

Makes 1 portion


  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • 5tbsp passata/pizza topping
  • 75g mozzarella, torn into chunks
  • Method

    1. Spread the passata evenly over the pizza base.
    2. Scatter the base with mozzarella and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
    3. Pop onto a non-stick baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 12-15minutes until golden.
    4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves to serve.
