Christmas Camembert

A true festive combo of sweet tangy cranberries and crunchy walnuts - just perfect for dunking with a crusty part baked roll!

Makes 2 portion


  • 1 round Camembert
  • 50g fresh cranberries
  • 25g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1tbsp runny honey
  • 1tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1-2 Juvela Part Baked White/Fibre Rolls
  • Method

    1. Remove packaging from camembert and place back in its box.
    2. Makes a few criss cross incisions in the top of the cheese.
    3. Top with cranberries and walnuts, and bake in a preheated oven (200°C/180°/400°F/Gas Mark 6) for 15-20minutes until cheese is melted and gooey.
    4. Once the cheese has been in the oven for approx 5-10minutes, pop the part baked rolls in to bake.
    5. Remove cheese and rolls from the oven; drizzle cheese with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Dunk away with chunks of warm crusty rolls!
