Ingredients
| 100g Juvela Gluten Free White Mix | |
| 2 medium eggs, beaten | |
| 250ml milk | |
| 3 tbsp chocolate spread |
Method
- Place the Mix in a bowl, beat in the eggs and gradually add the milk, beating well to produce a smooth batter.
- Heat the oil in a large pan, pour off the excess, and pour in sufficient batter to evenly coat the base of the pan.
- Cook for a couple of minutes until golden, then flip pancake and cook other side.
- Spread generously with chocolate spread and enjoy!
