Chocolate Pancakes

If it's not sugar & lemon on your pancakes, surely it has to be chocolate spread?

  • 100g Juvela Gluten Free White Mix
  • 2 medium eggs, beaten
  • 250ml milk
  • 3 tbsp chocolate spread
  • Method

    1. Place the Mix in a bowl, beat in the eggs and gradually add the milk, beating well to produce a smooth batter.
    2. Heat the oil in a large pan, pour off the excess, and pour in sufficient batter to evenly coat the base of the pan.
    3. Cook for a couple of minutes until golden, then flip pancake and cook other side.
    4. Spread generously with chocolate spread and enjoy!
