Chilli Prawn & Avocado Crostini

Our delicious crusty part baked rolls make the perfect base for canapes - these tasty little bites are ideal for festive nibbles!

Ingredients

1 Juvela Part Baked White or Fibre Roll
½ avocado, roughly mashed
5-6 cooked king prawns
2tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Method

  1. Slice the part baked roll into thin slices (approx 5-6 excluding ends).
  2. Place on a baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven (200˚C/180˚Fan/400˚F/Gas Mark 6) for 10-12minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Allow to cool and then top each crostini with the mashed avocado.
  4. Toss the prawns in the chilli sauce and then pop a prawn on top of the avocado.
  5. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve with a glass of something sparkling!
