75g breadcrumbs, made from a Juvela Gluten-Free White/Fibre Loaf
Before you start, preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas Mark 6 and lightly grease a baking tray.
Add the paprika to the Mix.
Dip each strip of chicken in the Mix, then into the egg, and then coat evenly with the breadcrumbs.
Place on baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, turning frequently until golden OR heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, and pan fry on a medium heat for approx 5minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through.
