Cheesy Garlic Bread

  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Part Baked White or Fibre Roll
  • 25g butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 15g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1tbsp finely chopped basil or parsley
  • Method

    1. In a preheated oven, bake the roll for 10minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
    2. Slice the rolls into 4-5 slices and place on a baking tray.
    3. Combine the butter with the garlic and herbs, and spread over each slice of roll
    4. Sprinkle each slice with cheese and then pop back into the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
