Quick and easy to make, these chapatis are a perfect accompaniment to your favourite curry

  • 250g Juvela Gluten Free Fibre Mix
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Approx. 250ml water
  • Method

    1. Place the Fibre Mix and salt in a bowl and add sufficient water to form a soft but not sticky dough.
    2. Knead the dough until smooth on a surface lightly dusted with Mix.
    3. Divide the dough into six equal pieces, shape each piece into a round, and roll out as thinly as possible.
    4. Dust off any excess Mix, heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and cook for a couple of minutes each side.
    5. Layer cooked chapatis in a polythene bag to retain softness.
