Ingredients
| 200g Juvela Gluten Free White Mix | |
| 1tsp baking powder | |
| 1tsp salt | |
| 170g granulated sugar | |
| 200g butter | |
| 2 medium eggs | |
| 1tsp vanilla extract | |
| 1 large tbsp ready-made vanilla frosting | |
| 150g white chocolate | |
| 50g milk chocolate |
Method
- Place a sieve over a large bowl and add the Juvela White Mix, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, add the sugar and butter and whisk together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and whisk well in between each addition, then add the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the flour mixture and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes.
- Once the cake has cooled, use your hands to crumble it into a bowl.
- Add the frosting and mix well until it has a dough like consistency.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and roll into a ball, repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl and place each cake pop into it, coating it fully.
- Leave to set and then add then drizzle over some extra chocolate (optional)
