Cajun Prawn Pizza

Spicy king prawns, chunks of sweet yellow pepper and creamy mozzarella, finished with peppery rocket. A perfect topping on a light crisp pizza base!

  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • 5tbsp passata/pizza topping
  • 75g mozzarella, torn into chunks or grated
  • 75-100g raw king prawns
  • 1tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ yellow pepper, roughly chopped
  • Handful of rocket leaves
  • Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6
    2. Spread the passata evenly over the pizza base.
    3. In a small bowl, sprinkle the prawns with Cajun seasoning to lightly coat the prawns.
    4. Scatter the base with mozzarella and then top with prawns and yellow peppers.
    5. Pop onto a non-stick baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 12-15minutes until golden.
    6. Slice and top with rocket leaves and freshly ground black pepper.
