A simple tomato bruschetta is a delightful fresh and light starter!

  • 1 Juvela Gluten Free Part Baked White or Fibre Roll
  • I garlic clove, crushed
  • 100g vine tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Method

    1. In a preheated oven, bake the roll for 10-15minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
    2. Cut into 3-4 slices (or 5-6 thinner slices if you prefer).
    3. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, tomatoes and basil and season well.
    4. Add the olive oil and stir to coat the tomatoes, then spoon onto each slice of roll.
    5. Sprinkle with grated parmesan if you like!
