Brie Bacon & Cranberry Panini

Crunchy toasted gluten free bread with a fabulous combination of brie & bacon - and a sweet burst of cranberry sauce - or a chutney of choice!

This recipe uses 1 White Roll. A pack of 5 rolls is 1 unit of your monthly prescription unit allowance.

Suitable for home freezing


  • 1 Juvela Gluten-Free Roll (or 2 slices of bread)
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 25g Brie, sliced
  • 2 slices grilled back bacon
  • Method

    1. Slice the Roll in half; spread the base with cranberry sauce and top with turkey, Brie and bacon.
    2. Top with the other half of the roll and then sandwich lightly between a preheated Panini press for a few minutes until cheese is melted and roll is golden brown.
