Brie & Salami Bruschetta

  • 1 Juvela Part Baked White or Fibre Roll
  • 4 thick slices Brie
  • 4 slices salami
  • 4tsp cranberry sauce
  • Mint leaves to garnish
  • Method

    1. In a preheated oven, bake the roll for 10-15minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
    2. Whilst still warm, slice the roll on a slight diagonal into 4 slices.
    3. Top each slice with Brie, then a slice of salami, and insert a small skewer to keep in place.
    4. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce and garnish with mint leaves to serve.
