Breakfast Sandwich

Our delicious gluten free breakfast sandwich is the perfect start to a weekend - stacked with flavour, you'll be set for the day!

Ingredients

1 Juvela Fresh White or Fibre Roll
1tbsp mayonnaise
1 beef tomato
½ medium avocado
2 slices bacon
1 medium egg
1 cheese slice

Method

  1. Slice the roll in half and spread mayo to each slice.
  2. Place each half of the roll in a frying pan (mayonnaise side down) over a medium heat and cook until the bread is golden brown.
  3. Slice the tomato into thin slices and halve the avocado.
  4. Fry the bacon until crispy and then fry the egg.
  5. Assemble the sandwich - start by mashing the avocado onto the bottom half of the roll and stack the rest of the ingredients on top. Enjoy!
