A perfect breakfast on the go, oats soaked overnight with yogurt and fruit make for a healthy yet satisfying start to the day!

  • 200g Juvela Gluten Free Pure Oats
  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 80ml apple juice
  • 150g natural yogurt
  • 1 apple, cored and grated
  • 100g fresh raspberries
  • Method

    1. Combine the oats, milk, apple juice, yogurt, apple and half the raspberries; cover and allow to soak overnight in the fridge (or divide between 2 jam jars and pop the lids on).
    2. To serve, top with remaining raspberries; you can also add nuts or seeds for an extra crunch!
