400g braising steak, cut into chunks | |
75ml red wine | |
1tbsp Juvela Gluten Free White Mix | |
1tsp mustard powder* | |
250ml passata | |
400ml vegetable stock* | |
200g carrots, roughly chopped | |
100g swede, roughly chopped | |
200g butternut squash, cut into chunks | |
100g chestnut mushrooms, roughly chopped | |
For the dumplings: | |
200g Juvela Gluten Free White or Fibre Mix | |
¼ tsp salt | |
100g vegetable suet* or lard/white Flora (put in freezer until very cold but not frozen) | |
1tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional) | |
Cold water to mix |
