Bang Bang Chicken

These delicious gluten free coated chicken pieces are a tasty treat!

Ingredients

50g Juvela Gluten Free White Mix
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic granules
50ml milk
50g breadcrumbs, made from a Juvela Gluten Free Loaf
2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
½ red chilli, finely sliced
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1tsp toasted sesame seeds
1tbsp fresh coriander, roughly chopped

Method

  1. To make the batter, place the White Mix, paprika, and garlic granules in a bowl and then gradually whisk in the milk to form a thick batter.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces in the batter, then coat with the breadcrumbs.
  3. Pop into an air fryer and spray with a little oil, then cook for 7-8 minutes on 190°C, turning halfway through cooking.
  4. Top with chillies, spring onions, sesame seeds and coriander and serve with egg fried rice and sweet chilli sauce.
