Storage The rolls are delivered in cases of 8 packs. They will remain fresh for 5 days from the day of receipt. Once opened, reseal the bag and store in an airtight container to retain freshness. We recommend that 1-2 packs are consumed as fresh and the remaining are placed in the freezer on the day of receipt. The rolls retain all the superior qualities of fresh bread once defrosted. They can simply be defrosted at room temperature and then consumed as fresh. The rolls can be frozen for up to 2 months.
