Storage The bread is delivered in cases of 8 loaves. It will remain fresh for 5 days from the day of receipt. We recommend that 1-2 loaves are consumed as fresh and the remaining are placed in the freezer on the day of receipt for up to 1 month. The bread retains all the superior qualities of fresh bread once defrosted. It can simply be defrosted at room temperature and consumed as fresh.
