My favourite are the white rolls, which I could happily live on. The white flour mix is the nearest to normal flour in cooking results than any other Gluten Free flour I know - and I've tried many! My son is not coeliac but prefers my bread and pies using Juvela Gluten Free flour to his own!

The white mix makes perfect pastry. The part baked rolls are great with a bowl of soup, and the fibre rolls when warmed in the microwave are lovely and soft and fresh.
