22.06.2020 | by Juvela

For World Wellbeing Week, we’ve written some tips to help you look after your wellbeing while living with coeliac disease.

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a lot of change and stress for people, so looking after ourselves is more important than ever. World Wellbeing Week offers a chance for us to check in on how we feel mentally and physically.

Gluten free food is what we know best, so read on for our suggestions of wholesome recipes to help nourish your body from the inside.

Recipes for wellbeing

Salmon & pea fish cakes

Not only are these fishcakes a delicious mid-week meal, they're also made with ingredients containing essential nutrients. Salmon is a great source of omega-3, while our White Loaf and Gluten Free Mix are fortified for your health.

Beetroot & lentil burgers

Full of fibre, these colourful superfood burgers are an ideal veggie BBQ option.

Super greens bruschetta

Eating your greens is no problem when they taste this good. Top our crusty Part Baked Rolls with pesto-coated broad beans for a seriously satisfying lunch. A drizzle of olive oil on top is welcomed!

Banana and blueberry muffins

These muffins are perfect for those times when you fancy a sweet treat but want to cut down on sugar. With heart-healthy blueberries and chia seeds, these muffins are naturally sweet and help you along to meeting your 5 a day.

Spiced butternut squash scones

Striking the perfect balance between sweet and spice, these butternut squash scones are best paired with a cup of tea.
